For my 1st experience was, well I loved it, he got right to it, assisting me, asking me a few questions, what my goals are and where I want to be at. He gave me a platter of Ideas for foods while also keeping my active lifestyle goals in mind, He gave me information on where I should be with my intake of protein, carbs, fats, and calories, bases on my height and current weight. Overall, I would 100% recommend Daniel, and of course I booked a follow-ups!!!
