    Dellawanna Memorial Park is a block long passive park located along Main Avenue between Dellawanna Avenue and William Street near Costco and Route 3. It consists of a parklong walking path, a commemorative memorial to the Dellawanna section residents who served our country in wartime, numerous tree shaded benches and a rather odd looking little sculpture of (I believe) Christopher Columbus. Even in the oppressive heat of a late afternoon on a summer day, you can always find a modicum of respite from the sun here, and that always is a relief.

    This park has a good walking path, baseball field, tennis and (half size) basketball court
