Coming in as a new patient and I am very pleased with my decision. After my old dentist passed away, I was so nervous trying to find someone new due to my past horrible experiences and high anxiety when it come to dental work. The front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. Theresa was my hygienist for this visit and I would highly recommend her. She's patient and genuinely kind. Everyone there made me feel very comfortable and calm. I'm glad my first experience with a new dentist went so smoothly. Definitely recommend this practice.
I was happy to get an appointment in one day to help solve my problem. Everyone was very helpful And making me feel comfortable. They also told me they would try to expedite with the insurance company and solve my problem. All I can do now is wait and hope for the best.
This place is amazing. My dentist was very kind my nurse was very kind and compassionate toward me. I did not feel rushed and was not put in a suffocating environment with loads of people. It was a very sterile environment but warm and inviting. They booked my appointment right away, I did not have to wait a month out or longer. Thank you for everything you guys do!
I located this office on my employers website as a participating provider. I received a quick appointment for a root canal. From the start, the staff were professional and friendly. The dentist and the dental hygenist were great. They were infomative and relaxed my anxiety around receiving a RC. So far, the work performed seems to be well done.
The only unexpected and unwanted surprise about this visit was the $200 CT Scan bill I was presented without prior warning upon leaving, payable at that moment. The staff person advised that this "special" scan was not covered by my insurance and suggested that I was receiving some "reduced" price. The office should have made this clear before the visit and/or not performed a scan that was not covered without my clear approval. Because my insurance plan does not generally incur any out of pocket expenses for services, it did not occur to me to probe @ uncovered costs preceding the appt. Lesson learned. Make sure you inquire about any uncovered costs before booking your appt with this provider. They are pleasant people and do good work, but this unexpected charge was not ok.
I had a great experience. Entire staff was welcoming and nice. My cleaning was thorough and Dr was super nice and I agree with his overall assessment. I'm happy to have found them and would recommend this practice to anyone looking for dental care.
The chair and equipment were showing signs of aging. When I inquired about it, I was told they are moving to a new facility with all new equipment in 2027. Since my experience was so good, I will be sticking around to see the new digs😀
