I cannot say enough good things about **Dr. Palumbo** and the team at **Vision Pro West Milford**. Late on a Friday evening, I had a landscaping accident at home and injured my eye. I called in a panic, knowing they were already closed — but to my surprise and incredible relief, Dr. Pulumbo told me to come right in.

Even though it was **15 minutes past closing time**, they welcomed me without hesitation. Dr. Palumbo handled everything with such professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. He took the time to thoroughly examine my injury, explain everything in terms I could understand, and make sure I left feeling comfortable and safe.

Finding a doctor who truly puts patients first is rare these days — and Dr. Palumbo went above and beyond. Not only did he provide expert eye care, but he also treated me like a neighbor and a friend.

Dr Palumbo and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They are very caring and knowledgeable in everything they do. The office uses high tech scanners and there was no need to dilate my eyes. Dr Palumbo recently found an error in my contact lens prescription that I brought with me from another doctor.

Dr. Palumbo is an extraordinary eye doctor. She is truly an expert in her field. Her examinations are thorough and I always know I am in great hands when she is performing my annual checkup. She also takes care of my family and friends. I would highly recommend Dr. Palumbo to anyone looking for an optometrist.
