Had to bring my daughter here a few days ago. Absolutely amazing staff across the board and it’s actually clean/well maintained. Don’t hesitate going here.
Made an appointment last night for today at 10 AM. I filled out the paperwork online and was taken within 5 minutes of my appointment. Everyone very pleasant and nice. I don't believe I saw a doctor either a nurse practitioner or physicians assistant. She didn't say but I had a sore throat for a few days and needed an antibiotic which they sent to the pharmacy next door I was in and out within 20 minutes. I will go here again because it's convenient and the service was great nice to have them in town.
Place was very clean and staff was very friendly. Went there when my boyfriend sliced his fingers open and got 14 stitches from Oksana. She was very nice, smart, and knowledgable. Highly recommend.
I called the office to ask if I could come down and get a bandage change. I had toe surgery 2 days prior and got the bandage wet. My Dr told me not to get it wet because of infection. I was very upset and receptionist said “We don’t take walk-ins” but I could come 4 hours later if I wanted to. URGENT CARE MEANS URGENT. Please change the name of your office so people understand what it is. Disgraceful.
I recently had a fantastic experience at Skylands Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen within minutes.
The medical team truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for. Melissa, the NP took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel reassured about my treatment plan. Her compassion, expertise and exceptional service were evident throughout my visit.
The facility was clean, well-organized, and well-equipped, making me feel confident in the quality of care provided. I highly recommend Skylands Urgent Care to anyone in need of prompt, professional, and caring medical attention. Hands down five stars!
