Whether it was Emma, Michael, or Chris, we had nothing but hardworking, problem solving people, who showed up early/on-time to delivery a fantastic service and end product for my father (who is far from easy to work with). Their patience, listening, and knowledge in the field audiology was impressive. In an era where customer service is “press 2 for this and press 3 for that”, we always spoke directly to a person!!! Lastly, the convenience of being able to come directly to my elderly father in his facility and even his was a major bonus.
