Dr Carrea office well my case
The phone there’s no answer
I called for days
Finally I got an answer I get put on hold no notice
And hang up
I call back no answer
I called the doc one day she said I call you back never called back Dr carrea there's plenty of offices with professional people that handle the front desk
So I’m a new patient and I just moved on
I have another doc now
And when I call a person is on the phone helping a patient
No need for this
there’s plenty of doctors around with professionals adults working
Who could handle patients questions
Dr. Correa is my primary doc for me and my children for many years. He knows how to deal with respect and professional as well as he is very caring towards his patients. The only thing I can say lately there is too many issues when calling the office. I been 2 days all day calling no answer. I have family calling as well and the same problem and referring friends but, it's too much. This should be corrected since it's been 2yrs the phone issue. It is very important for any patients that have any kind of emergency to meet to Dr. Correa. Besides that our family we are very grateful of having him as our primary doctor.
