Dr. Frank is extremely thorough. She explains her recommendations in a very thoughtful manner.
I did my research in choosing Dr. Frank, and she was great! I have numerous health challenges and am on a lot of meds. She provided me with new and valuable sleep apnea, health-related and CPAP information. She also was very kind, caring and compassionate. I enjoyed our conversation.
Dr Frank takes the time to explain and listen to your concerns. Also the staff are friendly and helpful.
This review is not for the facility or office, as sometimes the reception staff is not personable. I have experienced staff members not making eye contact and being more robotic than humanist. Rather, this review is for the superb expertise of Dr. Marcella Frank! How sad I was to learn that she no longer practices in Hamilton. It should be understood that people generally follow doctors who have provided stellar service, as Dr. Frank did. She is an extremely skilled and personable professional in her expertise. I would follow her if I could. I have not returned to the facility, as I am not loyal to a medical office. I find myself searching for a doctor to duplicate the authenticity and solid skill sets of Dr. Marcella Frank. What a loss!
