Dr. Shannon Keyes, DMD

I hardly ever write reviews but after seeing some of the negative responses, I felt compelled to give my 2 cents. I had a horrible experience when I was younger that made me extremely scared of the dentist. I got a recommendation to go to Dr. Keyes for all the work I needed. Not only did they NOT judge me, but they took very good care of me AND my family. (family of 6). I never once felt judged, talked about, or scared. Dr. Keyes has always made sure I felt comfortable and was ok. Her staff is no different. We have now been going to them for over 12 years. Listen-Insurance stinks-yes. But they are always ALWAYS amazing with working with my insurance company and myself with any balance due. Unfortunately when we stayed in network, we got what we paid for. Revolving doctors with zero care about you and procedures that were not completely necessary. Dr. Keyes and her staff are great. We are all so grateful to have found such an amazing office.

Dr. Keyes and staff are consummate professionals and we cannot be any happier or confident in choosing this dental practice for our family needs. After our dentist retired, I decided to hook our family into the office of Dr. Shannon Keyes. I had heard of her excellence through word of mouth, but I have seen the excellence first-hand. We have collectively visited 5 times in the last 2 weeks for various issues and that office is run like a well-oiled machine. We are SEEN at our office visit time... Shelly greets you with a smile and makes arrangements via appointments easy, ...insurance information is shared with you on the spot...the hysgenists!!! Well, with a son with dentist anxiety they were fantastic...the equipment is high tech and first class. Each person, including Dr. Keyes, is a professional with personality. Thank you for including the Cooper family into YOUR family. Get ready...my husband is next!

Both my husband and I are very happily Dr. Keyes' patients for three years. Each of our appointments have been good experiences thanks to Shannon and her friendly, helpful staff. We are more than satisfied with the work that has been done to our teeth from cleanings to bridges and would highly recommend this dental practice to all.

I always dreaded a dentist appointment as a kid and even as an adult until
I found Dr. Keyes!!! She is painless and such a great dentist!! Going to her beautiful office and interacting with her wonderful staff is such a pleasure...sometimes it feels like going to a "spa" rather than the dentist!

Even though I have moved, a trip back home to my favorite dentist is well worth the 4 hrs.!! I seriously don't think I could move anywhere from which I would not continue to have her as my dentist!
