Roof Replacement was done very efficiently and they communicated with me thru out the process. Workers cleaned up all residue and left my home neat and clean!!

Duane and his entire team were first class at every step. I contacted Duane via his website for an estimate to replace two skylights. Duane called me within an hour and we walked through what I needed. The very next day he sent Tony over to do a physical inspection and showed me the issues with my leaking skylights. Through the entire process Duane kept me informed and what to expect and when.
Tony and his team showed up exactly as promised and got straight to work. At one point Tony came inside the house to make sure everything was correct from an inside perspective and the next thing I knew he was on his hands and knees cleaning up a small amount of dust and debri! Wow, now that is a professional that cares about customer service!!

We contracted Duane Mainardi Builders, LLC of 101 Marbel Avenue, Marlton, N. Jersey 08053 to replace roofs on Mainland Condominium Corporation's condos in Vineland, N. J. From their very informative personal proposal to their completion of the first phase of 6 double homes in our community, I find that they are totally professional, competent and efficient. They showed up at 7:00 a.m. with a large crew of experienced roofers and completely removed double roofs and damaged plywood and installed new GAF guaranteed roofs to each double condo and cleaned up and left the premises by 4:00 p.m. The end result is beautiful and has already been tested by rain, snow and high winds. I would unequivocally recommend them as roofers. We intend to use them for the next phase of roof replacements in the very near future.

Duane Mainardi Builders did a complete roof replacement on my house. My roof is ~ 30 squares so it's a decent size roof. Duane and his team were outstanding, professional, prompt, and very communicative from the very first phone call requesting a quote to finalizing the job. As predicted, the dumpster was picked up from my driveway early this a.m. and I have a beautiful new roof! What a pleasure to work with Duane Mainardi and what a fine job he and his staff and crew did from start to finish. Communication is the key, as well as quality of work and materials. Every phone call was answered immediately or message returned promptly. Jim explained in advance what to expect, from preparation to execution to clean up, and that was exactly how it happened.
