Jessica was awesome! I never buy sneakers for myself nor have I ever had my feet measured so I was a bit nervous going in, but the entire staff was welcoming and made the entire experience easy! Great attitudes, knowledgeable, and guaranteed my return for my next pair! Thanks again, Jessica and the rest of the Mt Laurel staff!
The man behind the success of every new balance store in the Cherry Hill area. The last time New balance bought out his other store. It closed within a year.
Wow! This is an amazing store and has the sweetest employees. I walked in hoping to find a shoe with a wide toe box for my feet issues and I was greeted by Victoria who set me up on their machine to measure my foot alignment. She helped me find the perfect shoe for work and exercising. Cannot recommend this store location enough- if I ever need new balance shoes again I will for sure be coming back to this location.
We had a great experience at this store. Brandie, the general manager was extremely knowledgable and professional. She helped my husband who has difficult feet find three pairs of new balance footwear that fit like a "dream." An outstanding shop for people who want footwear appropriate for their feet.
Let me first say that the customer service was absolutely amazing, and that is why it is not at 1 star. The reason for my review being so low is I felt a little fooled on the price. I asked the gentleman about a military discount, to which he said yes; however, what I wasn’t told was the amount, which I assumed, like all other places, was a percentage. After getting my receipt, I realized it was a flat $10. I am not the person to really complain about a discount, but the lack of transparency is unfortunate and watered down even when you have such a helpful and professional staff.
