Highly recommend Modern Roofing. They are a company you can trust!! After two days of rain, I noticed a leak on my dining room ceiling. I contacted Modern Roofing, and they responded right away. Zach was professional, informative, and eased all my worries. After thoroughly inspecting the roof, they diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs that same day. Not only did they do a great job repairing the problem, but they also went above and beyond and blew off debris that had gathered on the roof. Thank you for taking such great care of us and our roof.

Quality work at a great price with outstanding customer service... that's literally everything! We were referred to Modern Roofing by a friend who was very happy with Zack and his work but we still shopped around. What separated Zack for me was the fact that he was interested in my ideas and he work together with us to achieve them. None of the big names in the area showed any interest in that whatsoever. They did a terrific job, on time, on budget and communicated every step of the way. They also did an excellent job keeping things clean which with roofing ... ain't easy!
I have experience in building, roofing and general construction and am thoroughly pleased with the job they did transforming my home. It looks stunning and it was done right. Oh, and btw, this review is about 18 months late. Zack stopped in front of my house a few days ago just to see how things were going. A year and a half later and ZERO problems or complaints. That says a lot!

Great experience with Modern Roofing of NJ. Zach explained the condition of our current roof (24 yrs old) and went over his recommendations for the new roof in detail.
His team was onsite at 8am and didn't leave until 8:30pm after they completed multiple property "sweeps" to be sure they had cleaned up anything associated with scraping the old roof and installing the new.
The team was very personable and professional with my family members and neighbors.

We wish we could give this company TEN stars! We suffered for years with the 1980’s siding peeling off of our house with every storm (revealing the deteriorating asbestos shingles underneath). Our insurance was completely unhelpful and consistently offered the bare minimum that they would cover to fix our house. After yet another major wind storm, our neighbors recommended that we call Modern Roofing of NJ (Zachary Palladino) and Zach went quickly to work in handling every aspect of the siding issues on our behalf (including dealing directly with our insurance company and all of the subsequent telephone calls and the inconvenient legwork they required on the claim). The results of his efforts were nothing short of miraculous for us … Results we never could have imagined without Zach’s complete professionalism, extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and most of all his responsiveness to our many questions (he even made all of the arrangements for our asbestos shingle removal and for new windows). In fact, there were simply no requests that were too small for Zach to address and handle in a timely manner. These days you often hear about difficult contractors who don’t return calls or deliver on promises. Modern Roofing was singularly the BEST experience we have ever had with ANY company, We are so grateful that our home was in Zach’s very capable hands and we highly recommend Modern Roofing of NJ!

Really great experience with Modern Roofing of NJ...The sales and site management guys, Kyle and Jameson, could not be nicer, or happier to address any concerns we had. The Owner Zach and the Office manager Maddie were so nice to talk to. The work crew was friendly, kind hearted and worked together so well it was truly amazing to watch.
