Everyone is so friendly here. They’re also always very thorough but still extremely efficient. I always get all my questions answered but also feel like I am in and out fast. Been coming here for about 2 years and even though I no longer work as close to the office as I used to, it’s still worth the drive.
The team here is exceptional. They make you feel confident and safe. Going to the dentist can feel terrifying with possible pain and what’s to come. They are very reassuring. Needles were easy. No pain. Very quick. Very efficient. I highly recommend this practice. The explain everything you the tea
This practice has been amazing so far! I have haven’t been a patient long but in the short time of getting a cleaning which went well, I also just had prep done for two crowns. The doctor was incredible efficient while taking his time to make sure I was comfortable. I was well numbed prior to receiving numbing injection. Dr did a fantastic job numbing me for my procedure. I was in minimal discomfort after the procedure which is to be expected but I already feel no pain and couldn’t be happier with how today went. They worked hard with my insurance to get as much covered as they could. From front office to hygienist to assistants and the Doctor, couldn’t be happier so far.
I've been coming here for over 20 years ever since my parents moved to the Hainesport/Mt. Laurel area. Everyone is always so patient, kind, and communicative. The ladies at the front desk are amazing--from scheduling appointments in a timely manner to handling insurance changes, they are always patient and courteous.
Dr. Nam and Dr. Suh are wonderful, transparent, and quick to answer any questions you may have about anything. They also have great senses of humor and really excel at alleviating any anxieties you may have.
I also love the hygienists! Brittany, Valerie, and Sergei are the absolute best!! They always explain what they're doing, and if you're ever uncomfortable, will accommodate as best they can to make sure you're not in pain. I've had my fair share of cavities and dental procedures, so I'm not fazed by the dentist. But I always appreciate their willingness to accommodate me and my needs! I cannot recommend this place enough!!
P.S. When I was younger, they had a prize box that I could pick a toy from after my cleanings/fillings. Not sure if they still have that, but it always made me look forward to going to the dentist no matter what it was for!
