The staff is incredibly nice, very professional and I really enjoyed the experience, except there was a more than 30 minute wait between when I was seen by the dental hygienist and when I was seen by the dentist, they did in fact keep me updated and let me know it was because there was only one adult dentist available that day probably because of the weather there was 10 inches of snow on the ground from a couple of days previous snow. I definitely will go back, but I am in fact, hoping there’s not quite so long a Wait in the future.
We just had our son here for first time ever Dentist visit. He is special needs and we anticipated some challenges. We were very impressed with how well staff was to him, working with him and being patient. We really appreciate the efforts everyone made to ensure my son to be comfortable, trusting, and completing the service the best they could.
My children had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming they truly made us feel at home. Any nerves my girls had completely disappeared thanks to how gentle, reassuring, and attentive the staff was.
I especially love the coin reward system they have in place. It’s such a thoughtful and creative way to encourage kids to brush, floss, and feel confident about visiting the dentist. It turns what can be a scary experience into something fun.
I do wish I could remember the names of everyone who interacted with my children and myself so I could give them the recognition they truly deserve. Unfortunately, my forgetfulness got the best of me but a very special thank you to each and every one of them for making this such a positive experience for my girls.
I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a caring, child-friendly dental team.
Had 2 appointments back to back for my granddaughters. One appointment at 10:00 am the other at 10:30am. First child gets called approximately 10:02. No problem had teeth cleaning and fluoride treatment.Took about 15 minutes. Was asked to go back out and wait in the waiting room for the other child to be called. Not a problem until about 11:30 when I asked to reschedule the second one because her appointment was at 10:30 and it was already 11:30. They ended up taking her back for X-rays of her teeth (5 year old) then back out to the waiting room we went. By noon, she was called back to have her teeth cleaned which only took five minutes so we were out of there by 12:05.
