The staff was great. Everyone is nice and polite. I just don't understand why they scheduled me for four appoints when two would have been fine. They scheduled me for two appointments for a cleaning. One appointment for the left side and then another for the right side. This was not necessary. One appointment. I felt the other two appointments could have been done at the same time too.
Not sure if this was done for my benefit, or for the owners pocketbook.
Despite this question, the staff was great.
The Dr was great. Very nice, explained everything thoroughly and he made the process of pulling my tooth almost painless.
Everyone was very nice, sweet, and kind, which I truly appreciated.
However, I’m giving 2 stars because the person who answered my questions before scheduling the appointment gave me incorrect information. I had to take my son out of school for this visit, and after we arrived, he literally sat down for just a moment before we were told they don’t perform root canals if a child requires sedation. This was very upsetting and a complete waste of time. Thankfully the office wasn’t too far away, but it was still very disappointing, especially since this could have been avoided if I had been given the correct information from the start.
Tanya was wonderful. Best receptionist ever! Carrie was very friendly too. Dr Leva knows what’s he’s doing and Sam, Monica and the rest of the staff were great. I was literally in and out in a hour on a Saturday… you can not beat that. It didn’t ruin my weekend and my tooth feels so much better
