Econo Lodge Newton

I very much enjoyed my stay at Econo Lodge in Newton NJ. Everyone here is friendly and the owner Rakesh has gone far and above for me and treated me with kindness and respect.
I definitely recommend this motel. Their prices are reasonable and the rooms are clean.
I know other motels in the area and surrounding areas. None can compare.
I thank Rakesh and his staff who are outstanding.

Honestly, we were super surprised at how comfortable we were staying here. Yes, it's not the Holiday Inn Express with a free breakfast, but that was booked and we took a chance. I gave the location five stars because obviously we wanted to be in Newton. I gave the service 5 stars because the check-in experience was exceptionally friendly and accommodating and the only thing we asked for was an extra blanket and it was immediately provided. Very friendly and professional staff, no complaints whatsoever. The double queen room we had was large and super clean. Bathroom was spotless too. It's dated yes and the memory foam bed was a bit hard to get used to, but that might be my own issue lol. I had so many doubts about staying here and I have to say I was glad we did. What you get at an Econolodge depends on who is running it. This one is run well.

Good for what it was. A place to shower and sleep. Nice coffee and staff. Huge downside no restroom at check in and this location doesn't serve breakfast.

Gave 5 stars as we have been using the lodge for the pass 5 years, we do events at Spatra, NJ every Sept, and always stay here. Rooms are clean, shower water is hot and price is always good. Front desk is always friendly and helpful.
