This trailer says "MEXICAN AND SPANISH FOOD" on it. I asked what they had on the morning and they had some ham/bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. I wasn't feeling that so I waited until lunch and asked again. They had fried ribs, fried chicken, and fried pork.
Where the hell is the Mexican food? Is that only on certain days? Is it only for Mexican people and gringos get the gringo menu?
Speaking of menus, I'd asked to look at one and they wouldn't give me one. Okay then.
The only thing Spanish/Mexican about this food trailer is the people working it. So does that mean I should open a "German" food truck but serve ramen?
