After contacting Electrical Connection, an appointment was made to look at my requested work so that an estimate could be made. They were spot on time when they said they would be there. A very personal touch I thought, no one tried to do an estimate sight unseen over the internet. Once we agreed upon the work to be done, (a circuit panel whole house surge protector, and a new dedicated outlet in my garage), I received an estimate later that afternoon, and once I e signed the estimate, the office reached out to me to make an appointment. I was given a window of 8-12. The morning of the workday, I received a text that the men were on their way. The electricians, ( a father and son team)arrived promptly at 8. They performed their work in a very neat and organized manner, and finished in a timely manner as well. There were no "surprises" what so ever. I can 100% recommend them to anyone who has electrical work to do.

We hired The Electrical Connection for our kitchen renovation. They were on time, very professional but most important they were down right nice people and loved my dog like she was their own. Approximately 3 weeks after the job was done we had ann issue with a few lights- they came right out to solve the problem at no charge. I highly recommend The Electrical Connection and will use them in the future.

I recently called Electrical Connection to install a 220V line for a new electric range, and I can honestly say they delivered exceptional service from start to finish — and may have even saved my home and my family’s lives.

While they were installing the new line, the technician noticed burn marks inside my electrical panel and discovered that several breakers were burnt and not tripping the way they’re supposed to. They explained that this panel would eventually cause a house fire and needed to be replaced immediately. They also took the time to educate me on electrical panels and how they should be replaced about every 30 years — mine was original to the house, built 50 years ago.

We discussed replacing it, and just two days later, the danger proved real. I was outside when my wife came running out saying the panel was making a crackling sound. I rushed in to find it sparking blue with smoke coming from it. I called Electrical Connection right away, and once again they came through with fast, professional, and high-quality work.

They handled everything: the permit process with the town, the inspection requirements, the panel replacement, and even relocating the panel since the old one wasn’t up to code. They had to open up the walls to complete the job, but by the time they were done — in less than a full day. You would never know they had even been inside the house.

Now we have a brand-new, code-compliant panel, whole-house surge protection, and two new eight-foot grounding rods installed for safety. The price was fair, the communication was excellent, and the workmanship was outstanding.

I recently had Electrical Connection come to my home to install a 240 line for my stove, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and courteous. They arrived on time, wore shoe coverings while inside my home (even though it was a nice day), and kept everything neat and clean throughout the job.

What really stood out was their communication — I received email updates every step of the way, from the initial estimate to the completion of the work. They even sent a photo of the technician before arrival so I’d know exactly who to expect at my door.

I’ve lived in my home for five years and have worked with many contractors, but Electrical Connection has been by far the most professional and organized. Their attention to detail, respect for my home, and consistent updates made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work!

Service was easily scheduled and prompt with ample notifications. Kyle was very knowledgeable, courteous and neat. The work was done quickly and perfectly. The conversion of fluorescent fixtures to led corrected long standing problems with the fixtures without our having to replace the fixtures.

All communications were both professional as well as timely. The issue was diagnosed and repaired rapidly. A new part was installed.
