Recently purchased heated grips. Spoke to Jesse to make sure parts were available, and they were. Called Al the day before and he was able to fit me in his busy schedule. Brought my 2024 Street Glide in and Al and his mechanics went at it. They wait time was very minimal and now the heated grips are installed. Al spent some time explaining the operations/ display on and settings on the grips and Skyline OS. His mechanics did a fantastic job. It was cold that day and I needed new gloves. Jesse quickly assisted me in picking the right pair of gloves. Love the looks and the warmth the heated grips put out. Overall I had a 5 out of 5 star experience.
