I've worked with Elegant kitchens twice in the past 6 years. We did our kitchen with them 6 years ago and were beyond thrilled. Then, this summer, we had a flood due to a bathroom plumbing issue upstairs, and our beautiful kitchen was destroyed. I reached out to Joe, and he was at my house immediately. He had the drawings and measurements from the first time, but wanted to take new measurements and talk to us about design. He took such time and care with our order, it was as if it was his own kitchen. He showed us pictures of recent work he'd done and then met with us at his showroom to review options. He was so patient and kind. We even went beyond the kitchen and had him design cabinets for an entertainment center in the living room. He gave us samples of the wood and quartz so that we could match other elements of the rooms with the new cabinets and countertops. Delivery and installation was fast and seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to use Elegant Kitchen and Bath again, or to recommend them. Their selection is great and their customer service is above and beyond.
