As relatively new homeowners undertaking our first renovation, Josh’s patience with our questions, his respect for our vision, and his guidance where we needed direction proved invaluable. He went out of his way to find cost-effective changes when conditions allowed, giving us more space than our plans initially provided while staying within the original budget. His team is fantastic and our neighbors have commented multiple times on how courteous they were. Working with Josh, we knew we had someone we could trust leading our team. I recently purchased a condo in a brownstone in Jersey City that was in need of an entire and complete remodel. I am so very happy I found JKM! This renovation experience was top notch, stress free and great from beginning to end thanks to Josh and his highly skilled team. Very happy that we found Josh to perform the work on our home. We were taking down a small portion of a wall to make a larger more accessible closet space, we also needed to repair the wood flooring.

Josh responded to my initial request quickly, came to see the space, sent over an estimate & had me scheduled promptly. When the work was being performed he was very communicative & kept us in the loop about what was going on. He made sure everything was done with excellent quality.
