Not too long ago my girlfriend and I did the HCG program. Yes, we lost weight but a few months later, we gained half of it back. This diet is only a temporary fix. Anyone who eats less than 800 cal a day will lose weight. Not to mention we spent so much on their food and snacks. Their packaged frozen foods tasted gross. Your better off cooking at home. Also, my mom is a nurse and quickly pointed out that Mike removed the labels off of all Health Wise products and covered them with an Elite label passing them off as his own.. this is very sketchy! Overall the program works short term and all these people really care about is making money! You’re better off doing the work the hard way with exercise and good diet than paying them. Also, we prefer to remain anonymous so no need to say we are not a client in your records.. most people who are unhappy prefer not to give their names for fear of retaliation. One last thing.. you treat these sad housewife celebrities better than your paying clients as we heard most of them do it for free. Not cool..
