Physicians are competent but admin can be unkind, not empathetic and seem not knowledgeable about insurance. They say they can tell you if they accept insurance but it’s the patient’s responsibility to know/understand what’s actually covered/how so it’s a gray surprise box in terms of billing with total lack of support and clarity which may lead to surprise charges, even for a proactive person who does communicate with insurance. Not a great approach
I was looking to combine my gyno & hormone specialist into one place. I’m currently seeing 3 different docs for HRT and it’s just so many appointments. Also, it’s so difficult to follow up with some of these doctors due to their lack of availability. Sarah Shami was incredible. She listened to my history, my symptoms and helped guide me into a better treatment, which is what I needed. She set me up to follow-up in 4 weeks, which is also what you need when adjusting to HRT. She was kind, understanding, knowledgeable and I was so pleased with my visit. I will stick with her and continue my HRT in this office.
Based on my experience, this clinic has had significant communication issues. While the providers themselves have been professional and caring, management has been difficult to work with. Appointments have become unavailable, and patients are being referred to other clinics without clear explanations about long-term continuity of care.
In my experience, billing concerns have been challenging to resolve, and responses have been limited. Patients may want to proactively request their medical records and clarify any outstanding billing matters.
Overall, the lack of clear communication has been frustrating and disappointing.
This was our 1st visit to this office for special needs daughter struggling with painful periods. Dr. was great. She gave us full attention and answered all our questions. We left feeling fully satisfied with the plan.
The reason for 4stars is the office staff. Not very organized and the nurse was interesting to let's say to put in more positive way. It seems that office staff is not experienced with special needs.
Women’s Health of Princeton is amazing! The staff and providers are so friendly and welcoming every time I come in. They really listen, take all my concerns seriously, and never make me feel rushed. They go the extra mile to make sure I get the right answers and leave feeling confident about my care.
The waiting room is cozy and comfortable, and the whole team makes the office feel inviting. Everyone is kind, professional, and truly cares about their patients. They are the perfect example of women supporting women, and I’m so glad I found this practice.
Keep up the great work!!!! I’ll be recommending you to all my friends!
