Erick Tavares is an outstanding coach. He clearly has the knowledge and experience. When I tried out his class for the first time I was very nervous, but Erick along with the other professors are very welcoming and kind. They're willing to take the time to teach beginners like myself. If anyone wants to learn good quality jiu jitsu from a trained professional, this is definitely the place.

Dropped by Erick's school on a Friday afternoon and was immediately welcomed in, even, without advanced notice or knowing anyone there. Class was very good and the rolls were tough, and also safe. I picked up a few passing details that were very helpful and one thing to work on that was simple and mind blowing. I highly recommend this school.

Eric was the first black belt I had the privilege of working with. He was one of my training partners back in 2006 when we were both fighting MMA. He taught me valuable moves and concepts that I still use today. He’s a great teacher, a wonderful person and an honorable family man. If you are in the area Loyalty BJJ is the place to be!

An absolutely great place to train safely for adults and kids. High level instruction in jiujitsu and MMA. The practice environment is friendly , high energy and always welcoming. There is no better way to stay in shape, have fun and learn new skills at the same time. Highly recommended. Make your way here it’s a must try

Great place to train. I have been training under Professor Tavares for close to three years. His knowledge and capability to teach are amazing. I am always impressed by his incredible knowledge. He knows all of his students strengths and weaknesses and teaches to those. I highly recommend this school for anyone looking to learn Jiu Jitsu from a true Brazilian fighter. If you already practice Jiu Jitsu and are looking for a different school, Professor Tavares will take your game to the next level. He is truly amazing! Great people go there as well. Feels like family.
