We stopped by our local dance store here in Georgia to grab a few last-minute items for our nutcracker recital, but everything we needed was out of stock. After calling around with no luck, a quick search led us to Encore Dancewear.. and thank goodness it did! We ordered three packs of toe tips so we’d be fully prepared, and I called to check on shipping since recital week was right around the corner (literally the next week). The customer service was wonderful.
Angela was incredibly helpful and made the whole process stress-free. There’s truly nothing like shopping small and feeling cared for as a customer. We’ll definitely be shopping here again!
This store is amazing!! My first experience could have not gone better, I came in with no knowledge about dance attire, looking for pieces that would make me look like a ballerina from head to toe for a costume and the staff was extremely helpful! They really took the time to help me find my size with everythinggg and even helped me pick out what I would need! I appreciated their help so much, they are super friendly here and made my shopping experience easy!
