Was visiting from out of town and the front end of the car starting making intermittent noise. Called F/X and they were full but said they'd try to squeeze me in. So I let it go and was going to ignore it and just drive on it. But they called me back later in the day to get me in the next morning as they were genuinely concerned. So I took them up on it. Ended up having a bad wheel bearing which could have gotten worse quickly on a road trip. So they went out of their way to fit me in and saved me from a much worse hassle. They were very friendly, helpful above and beyond, and competent. Would totally recommend them!
Customer service was great. They put the new spacers on my car but there wasn't any change in the ride But I'm satisfied.
These guys are amazing. We were on our way home to Pittsburgh when we ran over a blown out tire on 287. It rattled out some of the screws on the plastic protector under our front end causing the protector to drag on the road. We made it to Whitehouse Station and by some miracle to Drivers FX and they replaced the screws, secured the plastic shield and charged us nothing, sending us on our way. What a blessed crew. Worth your business 100 percent.
Excellent customer service. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed even though I didn’t know what I was doing. They cared only about helping me get what I needed and they got it for me right away. They found me exactly what I was looking for and fixed my car problem immediately. They made a usually cumbersome and obnoxious task easy and efficient.
These guys are 5 minutes from my house. It looks like they have a ton of really cool stuff, however the attitude from the bald mustache guy with glasses will keep me from shopping there. Smile, greet your customers and take there money, its easy.
