Gregory and this company are absolutely amazing. I have specialty equipment generators from outside of the country amd couldnt locate much needed parts. The Swiss Manufacturer sent me one company who never called me back, then they sent me this company, I had a reply from Frank within 10 minutes. They worked with the Swiss company to locate parts stateside as they understood the downtime I have been dealing with, (I spent 3 weeks on my own trying to get parts) they spent 7 days tracking down the switches relays and such I needed. Greg stayed on contact near daily keepong me informed of verything and made sure he underatood my needs and exactly the right parts I needed. After all of this, it was time for me to pay, having been through what I went through and understanding what Greg went throight, I was sure, with this type of effort, the type of service and research it took, the time, I was going to pay a well earned pretty penny! I feel out of my chair when I got the invoice, completly shocked! Not by how expensive, but how inexpensove and how kuch value Greg amd Frank provided and for a great cost! I have referred them to the Swiss company and also to the USA Distributor. As a business owner myself, its hard to find a company that truly values the client as we do ourselves, this is one of them. For them its clearly not all about money, but also the client and the problem solving and the pleasure they feel when they solve a problem and a cutomer happy. Truly gratful and next time I need parts or anything, I will happily spend my money and give Frank and Greg my trust.
