The staff is very supportive and the classes are great! It is amazing how much of a workout you can get in 30 minutes.. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get in shape and have fun while doing it!
Highly recommend this boot camp. For me, it's been life changing. I started off very weak and struggled with the workouts, but with the help of the awesome coaches, I have built muscles I didn't even know I had. I cannot recommend this place enough.
It's hard to explain how great this place is. I have never been more motivated to workout. The coaches don't just teach a class, they get to know you personally and use that to train you. Although it is a small group class, it's more of a personal experience. You are connected to the coaches through email, apps and social media as much or as little as you want. Workouts are never the same, the trainers are CRAZY FUN and the music is always jamming. I can't express how happy I am to have found my Flemington Fit Family.
Wonderful place to workout. This 30 min class and the wonderful coaches turned me into someone who loves to workout.
Just started here and I LOVE it! Communication is excellent, classes are challenging and the trainers are well educated and fun!
