Katherine is a lovely human being and a wonderful yoga teacher. Her classes are a marvelous combination of somewhat challenging (for this older lady) moves and profound relaxation. I've done yoga off and on for many years, and I'd rate her classes as the very best.
I am incredibly grateful to have Katherine as my yoga teacher. She is truly exceptional in every way. Her caring nature shines through in every session, as she takes the time to understand your individual needs and customizes the practice accordingly. She genuinely cares about her students and is deeply committed to providing a high-quality experience.
Katherine’s flexibility, both in scheduling and in adapting the sessions, ensures that each class feels personal and impactful. On top of that, she is super friendly and creates such a welcoming and positive environment that makes practicing yoga a joy.

I’m so grateful for KD Yoga, after my Reiki session with Katherine, I felt uplifted and relaxed. I feel a better sense of resilience and endurance. Reiki releases emotional blockage and puts me at ease. I truly enjoyed the restorative yoga with sound bath, the combined modalities help release toxic from my organs. The new Reiki Yoga that Katherine tried on me was wonderful! I felt more calm about the things that were stressing me out and the sound bath was a perfect final touch.
Very relaxing and soothing!
I really enjoy Katherine's yoga class. It's a good combination of deep breathing, stretching, asana flows and restoration. She always asks at the beginning of the class if we have any health issues or just some pain somewhere in our body and she adapts the class to consider these pain issues or focus more on working on certain muscles. I also like the restorative part that is accompanied by bowl sounds, especially the metal bowls.
She has a very soothing voice that creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I recommend her class to people of any age.
