Both Dr. Flores Sr. and Dr. Flores Jr. have been my son Elijah F’s pediatricians since birth — he’s now 9 years old! They are both caring, professional, and dedicated doctors who always provide excellent care. The office staff is kind and accommodating, and whenever I need a sick appointment, they make sure to fit us in. I’m truly grateful for the wonderful service and attention my son has received over the years. I highly recommend their practice to any parent looking for trusted and compassionate pediatricians!

Dr. Flores and his team are consistently attentive, friendly with the kids, and highly organized. We’re never kept waiting long, and our visits never feel rushed. As a mother of three pre-teens and teenager, I truly appreciate how well he connects with my kids. An excellent pediatrician we highly recommend!"

This post is looonng overdue. Like many of you, I am all about trying my best to find one of the best pediatricians in NJ. For me, it does not matter how far he is ( I live in Linden), I need my kids to have a great doctor they can look forward to seeing and have a good relationship with. We made the switch to Dr. Alejandro Flores since 2022. My decision came after I got word from a friend that she also made the switch to Dr. Flores through great recommendations from other parents in her group.

Best.Decision. EVER. Dr. Flores is one of the most caring, genuine and brilliant pediatricians I know. He is attentive and listens to every single concern we have about our children. He explains in detail the problem and what the treatment should be. He also takes into consideration your feelings and thoughts so its very collaborative. Our kids love seeing him. They actually look forward to their wellness visits because he treats them like they are his own children. I see him do this with all of his patients. My kids fight over who will be the first one to see him. Crazy but its true. It makes me so proud of my decision to have Dr. Flores be my kids' pediatrician. My kids are definitely in great hands.

My kids were also able to see Dr. Ramon Flores and he is just absolutely amazing. These doctors spend time with you, don't rush through your appt, have friendly and caring attitudes. I will ALWAYS recommend Dr. Flores to all of my friends and co-workers with kids.

We have been taking my kids to Dr. Flores for the past nine years! We see both Ramon and Alejandro Flores and we have nothing but positive things to say about both. The most caring pediatricians you can come across. They will explain everything to you and guide you through everything; vaccines, illnesses, allergies, etc. They are always available to answer your questions and will make sure your children are better in no time. Most importantly both my 13 year old and one year old don’t mind going to get checked because they are treated with so much love and care. The staff is also great and offer the best services, always with a smile to greet you. We recommend Dr. Flores to anyone looking for nothing but the best for their children. Dr. Flores has been my children pediatrician for the past 4 years or so. He is an excellent Doctor who treats his patients like his own family. He has the patience to listen to my concerns and always reassures me that everything would be just fine. We have been very blessed to have been refered to him and to have met him.
