Loaded in 45min when in dock.
Easy check in is quick and easy, bring tractor registration and driver license.
Park truck in rear of building and wait for phone call to dock. They will bring paperwork out to truck when loading is completed.

Checking in was easy and the lady was nice place to park your behind the building but loading process was little slow because i saw like 15 guys were just hanging out on there phones sone were laying down some of them were sleeping its been almost 5 hours and they still didn't start loading yet everything was fine but the owner needs to be considrate about truck driver who spent all day sitting in truck while your employees were hanging out in lounge. Please we are humans too so load the drivers ASAP but if its up to me i would try to avoid coming here

Loading went good. Check in was easy. Loaded in about 1.5 hours. Plenty of room to back into the dock. The problem I had was when I delivered, the receiver was only supposed to receive 9 pallets and the shipper loaded me with 28 pallets. Because of the massive overage the receiver refused the entire load.

A lot of drivers don't know how to read, so instead of parking in the waiting area, they park all over the place, blocking the port guys, and even blocking the docks. The reviews are right, you will spend half a day here to get loaded, depending on your load. There's a place to park and check in. When you check in, you MUST have your truck registration and your driver's license, or you will not be able to pick up your load. When you back into the dock, someone will be out there to verify your tractor's VIN. Don't need to slide tandems. The exit gate wasn't open when I was there, but usually it is. Didn't use the restroom, but says there's one, so that's 2 stars at least.

Don’t expect service before 8am and there is plenty of backing room. Took an hour and a half to load me. They require ID and your truck registration to receive your load. I’d advise you have straps, my load required 3 straps. You don’t have to strap the load they do it. If you need a break or to take a 10 there is plenty of parking in the back of the building. I arrived the night before and spent the night there without anyone bothering me.
