I had a wonderful first experience at the full spectrum wellness center. I was welcomed very warmly by Fran and she was just a delight! very kind, very thoughtful and attentive, she offered me some very special charged water with lemon and later she gently reminded me to stay off my phone which is very hard for me to do! That's because my mind is so active and I have so much to catch up once I'm idle... but I finally really relaxed very deeply, and then we had a grounding session in the special grounding chair upstairs and it was a cool experience ..it was very tingly on the scalp. That evening, I had more energy than I've had in a long time..in fact I couldn't go to sleep until 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning and lately I've been falling asleep early in the evening so that was unusual! The next morning, I woke up at the regular time and I felt great!
Overall it was a great experience! The center is beautifully decorated.. it's clean and Serene and I can't say enough good things about Fran.🥰 I will definitely be back!
Full Spectrum, their team, THE EES SYSTEM -is changing my life. It is my place to get away, get well, balance my inflammation and stress levels and REGENERATE. Super knowledgeable team, excellent offers and how wonderful to now have 48 screens in one room! I’ve also recently started red light therapy and Carlos is fantastic . 10s across the board!
I brought my mom in who is dealing with swollen lymph nodes. We were treated so well! She left relaxed and calm. The place has so much to offer I will be returning in the future
