While the work was great, I did find today's service to be a bit impersonal. Throughout the appointment, my technician was having casual conversation with her colleague through the curtain, which was awkward!

It was my first time getting a Brazilian, needless to say I was so nervous. Porscha was a complete professional and does her job very well! She was kind and made me feel completely at ease. She was thorough, yet quick, ( I thought it would have taken a lot longer than it did). The establishment was nice and clean. My appointment time was true to the time schedule, I was notified by email that she was ready for me and once I walked in was immediately being helped. I can't say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend it!!

I have been going to Porscha for my waxing needs for years. She did my FIRST wax while working with the "other people" and has since moved on to bigger better things with Get Snatched. I never had a problem and am a loyal satisfied customer. She is very pleasant and professional. I haven't had the pleasure of getting a facial with Gab yet, but she is also very pleasant and professional. These young entrepreneurs are on the move and have a very prosperous future ahead of them.
