This is the only place we buy our meat from now. All products are of the highest quality and all the butchers are incredibly skilled and helpful. Shout-out to Kevin who masterfully tied up a center filet for a Beef Wellington, and is ever the friendly face as we do our weekly shop!
LOVE Marbled Meat Shop! We have ordered turkey's from them and this past Thanksgiving we got a beef tenderloin. They prepped it perfectly and it was one of the best tenderloins we have ever had. I wish I could give Marbled 6 stars!! They seriously deserve it!!! The meat is always so fresh and perfectly sourced. Everything in there is delish and the whole experience transports me to a time long ago when butchers and shop owners looked after their customers as friends/family. It’s seriously One-of-a-kind. Incredible local butcher with amazing products. So many fresh items made and excellent selection. My husband and I made a beef wellington and it came out incredible thanks to their perfect cut of filet and all the extra fixings to go with it. This shop is part of my weekly shopping routine to stock up!!
I ordered a meat and cheese platter for an opening reception I was hosting at my design studio in Cold Spring.
Well, they out did themselves! It was absolutely packed with not only meats and cheeses, but a variety of nuts and dates and garnished with fresh herbs.
I ordered the large platter “for 25”. It was so much food.
