Glass Castle

I highly recommend Glass Castle for custom installations. I recently renovated my master bathroom from a tub to a custom frameless shower enclosure with a door.

I went in person to several businesses that perform the same service locally, however, when I went to Glass Castle and David Osborne helped me determine the options available for the configuration, glass options and the hardware choices. He printed a design drawing and gave me an estimate of the cost based on my measurements. I felt confident that they were the right choice for me and would deliver what they promised.

When the bathroom renovation was nearing completion, they came within a couple of days and measured the area. It took less time to get the custom glass shower panels fabricated than the estimated due date and there were no delays in scheduling the installation.

Dave and Rodrigo performed the installation which took about 3 hours. Dave is truly an expert of his craft! The custom glass enclosure installation was flawless. I’m still amazed when I look at it and I am so happy I chose Glass Castle.

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of the entire staff, I’ve been to the office a couple of times, and they are also very personable (you too Drew - I didn't want to leave anyone out). Glass Castle recently installed a shower enclosure as part of a Master Bath remodel we completed recently. This is the 2nd project that we used Glass Castle for and like the 1st, we’re very pleased with the work that was done. Very high quality installation and the enclosure looks great.

Arrival time was between 9-10 am. They arrived exactly at 9 and were finished the job by 10. Crazy fast!! They were professional and respectful of the area and are masters of their craft. Explained what they were doing and how to ensure our glass lasts a lifetime. We are going to be using them for our next project for sure.

Recently painted my house and detached garage and the old windows had a color that did not match so Glass Castle took the measurements and cut me replacement glass for an amazing price and it was extremely fast to make, it really made a huge difference in my project, Thank you, great customer service, I recommend
