No one is welcoming or smiles. Salesperson was helpful at first, brought out shoes for me BUT seemed irritable, short tempered like I was imposing on them. I had a lot of questions because it's not easy for me to find shoes. Toward the end when I had another question salesperson walked off saying they were busy!
Whoever is at the top of this organization needs to do some positive team building with staff. As it's said, "it comes from the top".
Great customer service! Roger went above and saved the day. My mom’s shoes had to be ordered. They arrived the day before her birthday. I could not get to the store and Roger, who lives in my area, offered to deliver them personally to me in time for Mom’s birthday ! THANK YOU !
This is my favorite store of all time. My family has been coming here for years - they have a wide variety of stylish yet comfortable high-quality shoes in wide and double wide, and are well stocked in all sizes. The sales associates are very knowledgeable and patient, and will stretch the shoes to help you with problem areas. From dress shoes for my wedding, hiking boots for a trip and everything in between, I couldn't ask for a better experience.
