Golden Warrior Self Defense

I recently attended a women’s self-defense class with Kevin and his daughter. The session was informative, engaging, and funny. Kevin’s passion for self-defense was clear throughout, and the class was thoughtfully prepared to introduce a range of practical techniques tailored specifically for women facing potentially dangerous situations. I left feeling empowered, realizing that running isn’t my only option and in some cases, it might not even be the best one.

My friend and I had the pleasure of attending the women’s self-defense training seminar held by Kevin. All I can say is wow! We walked away feeling more confident and super strong. More importantly, we became seriously aware of the personal power and strength we possess in order to thwart a personal attack. Several techniques were demonstrated and learned by our group. We worked in teams practicing the techniques taught. This would be a great team building or girls night out activity. We highly recommend Golden Warrior Self Defense to get yourself prepared for the unexpected. 💪🏽

Kevin and Liv came to do a class at Sets East Brunswick and it was amazing! Not only did I gain knowledge on how to protect myself, but it gave me confidence should I encounter a bad situation. Amazing self defense class. Hosted a seminar at Sets East Brunswick today and it was both powerful and emotionally moving learning the new skills to get us out of bad situations! They were patient and very thorough!
