Can't say enough about GoRow! A fantastic, dynamic exercise class that has done so much for me. Garrett is an awesome instructor, and will customize your workout for you as you continue to progress in the class. Great mix of cardio, strength, and stretching. In around two years, these classes have:
- Helped me lose weight
- Helped me gain muscle
- Helped me increase general stamina
- Helped alleviate and prevent the general creaks, aches and pains that unfortunately come with getting older
Vibe of the class is incredibly friendly, good range of tunes during class. Beginners are given extra attention, and Garrett ensures that no one gets lost during the workout.
The instructor was wonderful! All the exercisers are fun and engaging. As a first time rower, the instructor gave clear helpful directions. He was very patient with us. Great energy. Very positive environment where you are encouraged to improve on yourself step by step. Would definitely go again!
Went with my boyfriend recently to try out Garrett’s class and had a great time! The owner was incredible in making sure our form was correct and that was the cherry on top of an amazing workout! If you need a full body low impact sweaty workout this is the place to try!
Great studio that has it all! Awesome and fun workout that incorporates stretching and strength between the rowing circuits. I started going primarily for cross training while training for a half marathon, but will definitely keep going.
Some of Garrett’s cool downs remind me of movements I have done during Physical Therapy to strengthen areas around hip and knee. He modifies exercises depending on abilities. Very knowledgeable on movements. I recommend trying a class!
This is the place to get in shape. Classes are serious and effective. It is a full hour class that includes cardio, strengthening and stretching. Garrett is an amazing trainer. I got my first six pack working out with him.
Garrett also trains my 6 years old son.
