    Before starting at FitLab, I had no gym experience or regular workout routine. I was losing muscle and strength, felt constantly tired, and knew I desperately needed to get back in shape. After finding FitLab online, I decided to give them a try—and I am so glad I joined this gym!

    I started with personal training sessions twice a week, and the difference is already huge. It's only been a few months, but the constant exhaustion is gone, and I feel like my strength is slowly but surely returning. The success I'm having is entirely thanks to the coaching. The trainers are genuinely nice, professional, and incredibly encouraging and knowledgeable. They started me with the absolute basics, focusing on form and balance. They ensure you are making progress every week with your strength training. Special shout-out to coach Danny, who is always encouraging, great at pushing you when you need it while making sure the pace is right. I also really appreciate that the coaches check in with you after every session to make sure you're feeling okay.

    Honestly, if you are new to fitness, feeling burnt out, or just need highly personalized and supportive guidance to build your strength, FitLab is the gym you need!

    I joined The Fit Lab in September 2025, and have been enjoying the friendly, encouraging and highly personalized training sessions with them since then.

    Before I joined, I was burned out from my corporate job; I didn't have motivation for anything, but I was also very out of shape. So my friend recommended me this place. After taking Personal Training sessions for a couple months, I can feel the difference with my body (no more out of breath from climbing a few stairs...), and have been enjoying the experience so far.

    I particularly appreciate my coach (Danny) who has been tailoring my training menu and pacing based on my condition, given that I had zero weight training experience before. And he's constantly checking in with me to make sure I'm doing alright.

    Last but not least, as an introvert, I enjoy the environment here. It's small and cozy. The staff also make sure the space is not overly crowded so that I always have enough physical and mental space when exercising here.

    I've been going to the FIT Lab since March 2024, and it’s honestly been a game-changer for me. Before joining, I had never been able to stay consistent with any gym routine. But with the FIT Lab, everything clicked. Over the past year and a half, I’ve gotten stronger, more consistent, and I notice the difference not just in my body, but also in my energy and overall mood.

    Jason is a fantastic coach. He meets you where you are, but he also knows how to challenge you in the right way so you keep progressing. His guidance and encouragement are a huge part of why I’ve been able to stay on track and actually enjoy the process.

    The community here is the bonus that makes it all even better. No matter what time you come in, you’ll find people who are supportive, positive, and genuinely rooting for each other. Wins are celebrated, challenges are understood, and there’s always someone cheering you on when you need it most.

    I’m so glad I found the FIT Lab. It’s more than just a place to work out — it’s a place that’s changed how I see fitness and what I believe I’m capable of. I would recommend it to anyone looking for small group training in a welcoming, results-driven environment.

    The Fit Lab has completely changed the way I train. I have tried many workouts in the past and I have never found something that truly made a difference in how my body looks and feels. Strength training can be super intimidating and they made it feel less scary. The coaches consistently push me to go heavier and step out of my comfort zone, while still adapting every workout to fit my personal needs and goals. I started out with personal training sessions, which I highly recommend, to perfect my form and learn what works best for me. I have now moved on to the small group training sessions. Even in a group setting, the training feels one-on-one—they’re always watching, coaching, and supporting. It is clear that each coach has extensive knowledge and years of training to help achieve each client’s goals. The coaches are truly invested in each client’s progress as much as they are in their own. They also offer great tips on nutrition and go the extra mile to keep you accountable, both in and out of the gym. On top of that, the space is spotless and super well-maintained, which makes every workout feel even better. Best of all, there’s a strong sense of community—it has that welcoming feel from all coaches and clients. It’s a place I genuinely look forward to showing up to and working hard each time I step in the door.
