Best office! I personally see Dr Claire, whom I love. She's thoughtful, knowledgeable, spends time explaining and exploring. I never feel rushed in my appointment. The office uses a portal to communicate, send text messages etc. their response time is quick and always thorough! I highly recommend!!

My family has been coming to this office for over 30 years! My three children are grown - my father was a patient. There are over 30 years worth of well visits/sick visits/physicals you name it at this office. THAT counts for nothing. I hate to write this review, but evidently Dr. Frank does nothing with patient feedback so... Lately when you call - the new younger receptionists decide if they're going to relay your message to the doctors or not, and apparently it's not. When my youngest adult son had Covid - we called and Joanne at the front desk said, it has to run it's course and "good luck - it's going to go through the whole house now" ??? We went to Urgent Care and they gave him first class treatment. My husband went there with a nasty sore over his eyebrow and he was given cream with a call me if it gets worse. It got really worse - he called and left a message with the receptionist. No return call. I called the next day, left a message on his behalf. Was told by the young receptionist - "oh that wasn't me. That was the other girl. I'll give Claire the message". No return call. He went to a dermatologist - ingrown, INFECTED hair folicle. Was told to stop the cream, prescribed an antibiotic. !!! I made an appt for today. Vertigo - feeling shaky. Never had it before. Uncharacteristic. The young girl waited until I arrived to tell me that my insurance was cancelled or invalid. I didn't have my card so I called my husband. I'm covered under his insurance until I turn 65. No, everything is in order. 30 YEAR FAMILY HISTORY WITH THIS PLACE... I said, am I not going to be seen? She said, not without insurance. REALLY? Don't you know the number for member services? ZERO customer service. I drove home, called the insurance company and what do you know - I am insured. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Who's running the operation over there? Again, Urgent Care to the rescue. Thirty plus years of records and charts are being transferred tomorrow. So sad.

I've been going here for several years now. This was my new primary doctor office after I had a bad experience with several other offices around the area.
I absolutely love it here. All of the practioners are great! They legitimately care about you and your health. I've never once felt rushed or ignored. They take my queries very seriously and thus far, have offered all the appropriate solutions.
I would recommend this office to anyone looking for competent, caring and professional physicians and nurses.

Claire is wonderful! I did have a bad experience once with an older lady in reception (as many reviews mention below) who told me 3 times in a matter of 2 minutes that I called the wrong practice. Lol! But, I think she doesn’t work there anymore.
At Green Brook Family Medicine, I feel heard. The long note they send after an appointment is something I am seeing done for the first time by any physician and I love it. It definitely lends a personal touch. I have recommended this practice to many of my friends. I trust them with my health!

I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember. Both Dr. Frank and Dr. Cook are wonderful doctors with excellent bedside manner. They are thorough throughout their exams and provide great insight to questions. The care here is VERY organized! I’m a nurse and have witnessed many office spaces lack communication. It’s refreshing how easy it is to interact with the entire staff. Both providers (I have not met their Nurse Practitioner yet) are readily available and extremely responsive. I never have to worry about any of my primary health needs. They are seriously the best. I live 50 miles away and still come to them!!! Can’t beat the short wait times, friendly interactions, and excellent, high quality care.
