If you feel you have an emergency, they will squeeze you in. Everybody is extremely pleasant and accommodating. I don’t like going to LabCorp for bloodwork because I just don’t like bloodwork. They do it in the office. If you ask, they will accommodate you and talk through it, great medical practice
I have been a patient of Dr. Cook for over 15 years. He is so attentive, always very thorough and his care and concern for my health has never changed over the years. I trust him as well as Dr. Frank with any guidance or direction they give me on my health. All of the nurses and front desk staff are always so kind and helpful also. Highly recommend this practice to anyone of any age!
The NP Claire and Dr. Cook are amazing. Great bed side manners. Always explaining treatment plan and giving suggestions on how to get your health on right track. I have not experienced anything bad with the secretaries. They are all polite when I called.
Have been using Dr Frank for many years now. He has been an amazing influence on my health and truly a caring Doctor who has been just a great guy all around. His entire office staff is amazing and I have used the services of Dr Cook and Clair Carragino which have also been additionally amazing and productive. I am so grateful to have such a great group to assist me in most of my medical and physical needs. I cannot recommend them enough - truly grade A professionals!!!
