Half Moon Harbour

Been living here for more than a year. Extremely professional and friendly staff. The building is kept at very high standards of cleanliness. Maintenance is also very reactive if appliances needs fixing.
Area is very safe and quiet. Both sides of the building have great views on the river and Manhattan. Would recommend!

The leasing office is horrible my experience with them was not great to say the least. Jessica left for maternity leave and my business was not handled properly. There are a lot of hidden fees, when you renew your lease. I have been living here for 4 years and would not recommend anyone move here. My lease is up in March, but I will be moving in January. If you renew they add a bunch of stuff to your bill. They charge for covered parking and half the time in the winter, you have to park outside. They only people that do their jobs are the concierge. I don’t recommend and I am very in happy.

Just moved in and having a great experience. From the initial tour to all logistics of moving in (many deliveries and, shopping trips, and scheduling movers) the management team at Half Moon Harbour has been extremely accommodating and patient with us. We are excited to officially live here and explore everything the community has to offer

I’ve been looking around for apartments and this was amongst the ones on my list.

Leasing Agent Teffy was amazing, I was able to schedule a tour within the same day and she was able to give me a comprehensive experience as well as upfront cost of what I’d be looking at.

The building is centrally located and has public transport and shopping nearby.
