I have been using this garage for all my cars and they never disappointed me. My Lexus had electric issue and they fixed it with reasonable price compare to the dealer. I recommend Norm and Barry at hamilton auto care

Called ahead to schedule an appointment for a prepurchase car inspection. Arrived early and they took it nearly right away. When they were giving information the inspection they completed. It was only verbal and we had to ask for it to be on paper. Which turned out to be just an estimate on how much the labor would be for the repairs. They failed to show me the actual wear of breaks and rotors, only after I asked they told me just the rear breaks were very worn. Once I got the price for the inspection it came out to be $155. On top of that they charged 7$ for using shop items. Crazy numbers for a sub 30 minute inspection with very little information to receive on the wear of the car.

I came to Auto Hamilton Care today for an oil change, multipoint inspection, and a battery replacement, and I honestly had an amazing experience from start to finish. Upon walking in randomly I was greeted by Norm who was absolutely amazing he made sure I was in and out quickly, and the service was top-notch. My mechanic Malco was incredible, he kept me updated the whole time, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Because of his professionalism and the overall service, this place definitely gained a forever customer! I also appreciate that they accept Sunbit credit cards, which made it possible for me to purchase the new battery I really needed. Overall, highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for honest, efficient, and friendly service!

Honest and set expectations for the work they do. No issues after work is competed There are no unexpected surprise charges. Those are the best you can ask for. Great auto care shop!

These guys are just the best. Quick service and honest estimates. I’ve taken out 25 year-old Acura and a three year-old Mazda here. These guys have correctly diagnosed the problem fixed it cheaper than I thought quicker than I thought. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough don’t bother going anywhere else. These guys are legit. I think the owner is Barry. The manager in the Hamilton location is norm. These guys have never failed me.
