Allan had the best bedside care from 9/24 to 11/14 the staff were professional and kind and very patient! Thank you to Hanna who really knows people and how to handle them with firmness and positive encouragement. She is a great leader of her activities section! Amy and her team from PT OT and Speech were so positive. Michael always with encouragement and friendly care. He is a wonderful human being! CiCi from Speech Therapy had so much patience and perseverance getting Allan through his swallow test! She is a gem!
I love that it’s the same staff and not a lot of turn over like other facilities. That really affects the care of the residence that live there when there’s constant turnover. Treating staff kindly goes a long way—they’re the heart of everything.
Staff deserve to feel valued and appreciated every single day.
My Grandfather was recently at Foothill Acres Rehabilitation & Nursing Center for a rehab stay after a surgery. Our family was extremely happy with the care he received, especially for his physical therapy. The facility was always clean, staff were friendly and it has a beautiful property for those who want to get out and get some fresh air. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a Subacute rehab stay, or even for longterm care!
The therapists here have been wonderful! They are so kind and patient in working with my elderly mother to meet her goals. She came in after a summer of hospitalization able to do very little. Yet now she is gaining strength and walking again. We are very grateful!
My dad stayed at Foothill Acres for a short time, and I just want to give a special shout-out to the administrator, Pinny Goldblatt. He was so kind, professional, and easy to work with. It really stood out how much he cared about making sure families feel supported and treated with respect. We really appreciated his customer service and the way he went above and beyond for us.
