Dr. Murphy worked with my twins after their tongue/lip tie release. Each time we met she assessed their progress and gave them goals to work on. She taught me exercises and stretches that I could do with them to help them meet their goals. She was especially helpful with my tense/refluxed guy. The exercises she gave me quickly helped release tension in him which overall made him a happier baby! Our family would highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you Dr. Murphy!
Dr Murphy was referred to me by a lactation consultant after my daughter was having long feeding sessions and the consultant noticed her overall body tension. Dr Murphy showed me stretches to do and made sure I could perform them before leaving. I love that she comes to your home, makes sure your baby isn’t overwhelmed and is willing to answer questions and concerns.
We were referred to Lisa by a lactation consultant when our daughter was 2 weeks old due to a suspected tongue tie. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, making us feel completely at ease about our daughter’s progress. She showed us different stretches for her cheeks and neck, and how to do baby massage. As time progressed, she recommended different toys and activities for playtime and helped increase tummy time. As first time parents, it was really nice to have Lisa there for the first 6 months to help keep us on the right track.
We came to Dr Murphy for physical therapy after my newborn son had difficulty latching. Through her care and attention, after a few weeks we were able to breastfeed following a routine of stretches to address muscle tightness. I highly recommend Dr Murphy, she is knowledgeable and kind, and works well with infants and stressed new parents alike!
Dr. Murphy was highly recommended to us when our son was 2 months old and we were dealing with oral ties and torticollis. We were very comfortable with her right away and appreciated that she came to our home, especially since we were first time parents with such a young baby. Dr. Murphy assessed our son and explained thoroughly why it was going to be important to be consistent and what we were going to need to do to get us where we needed to be. She showed us exercises and stretches and made sure we knew what to do between sessions to work toward addressing his tightness and achieving important milestones. I highly recommend Dr. Murphy - our son is doing so well now!
