This place make me so happy starting at the receptionist so professional with excellent customer service the Doctor was awesome she is very knowledgeable her personality is great she is down to earth and professional. I am impressed will be going back and send everyone i know there thanks Doctor and thank you Whitney.

My experience at Happy Feet has been very pleasant. The doctor has taken great care of me and always treats me with kindness, as well as one of the workers at the front. However, one nurse by the name Laure Q. is extremely rude. I thought my name was called so I got up to enter the room, but it turns out another patient was called. Instead of calmly informing me of my misunderstanding, Laure said “Is your name [called patient’s name]??” over and over, and then said “Your name is not [called patient’s name]” over and over. It was very belittling, especially over a simple mistake such as mishearing a name. After I apologized and said that I thought my name was called, she said “Don’t come in here you weren’t called!” I thought her reaction was unwarranted and was extremely rude and unprofessional on her end. I was able to defend myself, but what about those who can’t speak up for themselves? Laure made my experience unpleasant. As a manager, you are supposed to treat all patients with kindness, which Laure did not do. She’s ruining the kind image of Happy Feet. However, every other staff member at Happy Feet is wonderful and deserve 5 stars.

Happy Feet Podiatry does not stop just at the feet because they have truly made me a happy camper. I was treated with professionalism and courtesy from the time I first called the office to make an appointment. The office was clean and efficiently run by the office staff. I thought it couldn’t get any better until I met Dr. Moore and I was truly overwhelmed. Dr. Moore was professional, competent and affable and much to my surprise Dr. Moore addressed my overall wellness , not just my feet. It Was truly a pleasurable and successful experience.

I have never before had such an experience with a doctor. Dr. Moore is personable, pleasant, gentle and very knowledgeable. I had to give her a hug on my way out. She was very considerate of my time, she took her time to describe my condition; she was clear about the treatment she prescribed. The office is centrally located, staff very pleasant. Highly recommend this office.
