I received quick and friendly help from the staff at Hermans. The Techs were quick to offer help loading my ATV back onto the trailer after they serviced it. This past weekend I took the ATV for a ride and felt confident it had been serviced properly.

I purchased a Polaris 570 privately and brought it in to Herman's for service. I'm taking the time to write this review because in this day and age, it is very difficult to find a dealer and repair shop that is honest, courteous, and professional. I spoke with Rita on the phone to set up the appointment and she was very pleasant and accommodating. I brought the ATV in and was greeted by the mechanic, Tim. Again very pleasant and made me feel comfortable I was in the right place. I picked up the ATV today and met Collette and found her very knowledgeable and pleasant. Tim went over the complete repair job and asked me if I had any questions about the ATV since I purchased it used. I am very happy I found Herman's and highly recommend them
