Angel - Great experience and help! We have been living in Harbor Pointe for a while, love the management and all kind of support we get here. One of the best experiences the way Angel has assisted and handled our house and maintenance problems! He is the go to person, super kind and approachable! Thank you once again for great service !
My spouse and I have been living at Harbor Pointe for a couple of years now, and our experience with maintenance has been a pleasant one. Our favorite maintenance guy is Darius. He anticipates what is needed for the work order(s) we put in, and is always willing to fix other items in our apartment in a pinch, like making sure all the sink faucets match. After replacing one of the bulbs in our kitchen, he left us a couple of light bulbs in case one of the other kitchen light fixtures go out. Good customer service!
An Amazing New Home: Highly Recommended!
My wife and I recently moved into a one-bedroom apartment here, and we are absolutely loving it so far. We are so excited to start our stay!
First off, the apartment itself is fantastic. It's surprisingly spacious, very quiet, and the amenities are top-notch. Parking is a major highlight—having our garage attached directly to our floor is incredibly convenient. They even provide EV charging stations, which is a great modern touch. We truly love everything about the physical apartment and the building's features.
The team here deserves a special mention; they are just great people.
I’d like to extend a huge thank you to Lesley from the leasing office. She was incredibly patient while we were in the process of picking our perfect apartment. She has been awesome, always responsive via email or phone whenever we had questions.
We've also interacted with the maintenance team, including Ruben, Edward, and Darius. They have all been wonderful. Any minor issue we've reported through the online platform was checked and fixed ASAP.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with our decision to move here. Loving everything we see so far!
Ruben and Edwin did a wonderful job installing my new washer and dryer! Their care, patience, and hard work truly stood out. They handled the tough labor with professionalism and a great attitude. I’m so thankful for their effort and for making sure everything was done right. They’re truly great at their maintenance work here at Harbor Pointe!
Technician Ruben was excellent! He replaced the air conditioner filter, provided new batteries for my thermostat, and clearly explained that filters should be changed every 2–3 months. Very professional and polite — I wanted to thank him for his good work in our building.
