Park Bayonne

I have been living at Park Bayonne for 6 years now and there is no other building I would rather be in. The building is always in pristine condition thanks to Carlos and Angela and we have a welcoming atmosphere here because of the residents being so friendly. Management is always there to help if needed. The best location ever.......

I truly enjoy living in this building. The amenities are great and property is spotless. Management is extremely helpful and accommodating.

Living in this building has been an incredible experience! My 1-bedroom open-concept unit offers a beautiful city view from the rear, making every sunrise and sunset a treat. The rooftop gym is a fantastic perk, offering a great place to work out with an unbeatable view. The outdoor rooftop area is just as impressive, with breathtaking NYC views that never get old.

The management team, especially Micah, has been excellent—always responsive and on top of any issues. Carlos and the maintenance and cleaning team do an amazing job keeping the hallways and rooftop in pristine condition, always smelling fresh and feeling inviting.

One of the biggest bonuses is the park right across the street—perfect for dog owners or anyone who enjoys long outdoor walks. It adds so much convenience and greenery to daily life.

Overall, I absolutely love living here! The combination of great amenities, responsive management, and an unbeatable location makes this place truly special. Highly recommend!

Love this park. I got here all the time to throw the ball around. Baseball catch or i go jogging in the running track that they have. They also have restrooms, a fountain, a waterfront walkway, football and baseball fields, baskeball courts, and plenty of parking. They also have exercise equipment, and picnic tables. A fantastic park. They also have a childrens park area with swings and slides, and a dog pak as well. Lots of stuff in the park. I love it.

Just signed a lease for my second year at ParkBayonne. All amenities are open & interior upgrades continue . The staff are very helpful and proactive if issues arise. Kylie, our on site manager, along with our maintenance team , Sal and Joe, went above and beyond to maintain safety in the building during the months of lockdown. Happy to be in my perch above the trees.
