The complex has several issues. There are people smoking drugs in the parking lots at night. The entrance is too dark at night, making it difficult to find the correct entrance. I recommend installing better lighting at the entrance sign, which displays the name of the complex. I have no complaints about the rest of the complex, but these are the main issues I’ve noticed.

19 years strong sad I left it just like I came in the plaza was a great place for pool and other essentials living. Great view and definitely great farm produce near by dog friendly cat friendly accommodating tenant work could use a playground and pool for kids

This is my peeps as soonest you don’t pay them their money on time here they’re calling you, but you can let them know that the remodeling apartments around you and the cockroaches are coming in and that your doors are not working or something going on oh they don’t know nothing you have to talk to the maintenance people you have to talk to the office people, but they are good to charge you their money on time and everything they want their money on time but they don’t get their people to come and fix stuff for you on time. It’s very comfortable to live there but like I said they want the money on time but they won’t come and fix stuff on time for you. They don’t even answer the phone when you call them the nonemergency line and if you call the emergency line, they take forever or they don’t have time or they just don’t answer you, so this is the sickening. I just got a call from the billing department and they’re like oh we don’t have nothing to do with it we’re just from the billing department you have to talk to them. We don’t have nothing to do with it but of course. Yeah they want their money. Also, the lady who called me from the billing department she said she didn’t care if we left a review or not on your page so The lady who works at the billing department because they will also charge you a $50 late fee which I’m going to pay for paying my rent late because I was waiting for their car to place a complaint but since they don’t care I guess they’ll get their Google review because yeah they want their money on time but they’re not willing to resolve any problems

I love the apartment setting but the whole house and environment is invested with roaches and rats. No matter how you keep your apartment clean, these things will always find there way in. Also, the office never answers their calls, you leave a VM and they will not return your call. Call maintenance, no one will ever pick - you must leave a VM and they will attend to your case in about a week's time. Communication, roaches and rats are major issues here.
